equals instant (kind of) library decoration.
You really are an awesome library chick!
Yippee thank you! I knew I was saving those old maps for a good reason...now I know what to do with them. Spewing though when I see your funky dressmakers dummy, because it reminds me of the one I didnt buy when I was unemployed post uni. postcard in the mail as per directions.
should you be teaching them to destroy books? :) just kidding, looks awesome!
And totally awesome!!! xo
woo hoo!So are the front girls jel jel?
*sigh* those kids are all going to get sick trying to find out where the maps join up. You'll have to remind them to keep looking out the window.
What a cool idea - they look brilliant!
I heart books. I heart libraries. I heart your creativity. You are unlike any stereotypical librarian I've ever "known." Lucky school!
Wish our librarian's were like this when I was at school I might have actually liked it - school that is

Does the awesome library chick get to use the office ladies' paper cutter?
We have an atlas, it's amazing how many things have changed since 1989, so it's a bit out of date now. Leningrad is St Petersburg again and East and West Germany are like the same country... Oh, and I try to avoid paper-craft, too. It is a bit of a struggle from time to time though.
That looks fabulous! I am having visions of you up to your neck in bunting at the sewing machine and then swathed in it as you get it out to the car...hee hee ;-)
Love it. Bunting plus maps are a surefire winner!
Better bunted than munted..... Beautiful project Jod!!!
