Little crafts

Umm, I am not really sure what to say after that bit of craziness last week.....is Thank you enough?

Thanks to everyone who visited or commented or linked or generally joined the crazy selvedge love-in , but mostly thanks to Team Selvedge once again and of course to all the regular crafters who pop in and say hi, even during the boring bits.

So while it went a bit crazy here and I got a little bit embarrassment , I made teeny tiny Christmas stockings for dollies and sorted selvedges - ready for the next big project.

(and I really do mean it - Thank you)

  19. So... are you going to make a pair of these fab stockings for Jemma?!

They look fabulous and you madam - are a genius of a craftmaker. If I can find a way to get selvedges for you... I will hunt them down!

... there are boring bits? Really? Oh. I don't think I noticed. But then that dress has kind of swept everything else aside. So will the next selvedge project be a pair of selvedge shoes to go with the dress?

  32. I love it how we're all hanging out here. It's like the end of a great movie, no one wants to leave the theater for a while! We just say stuff like, "Wasn't that an amazing selvage dress?" "Oh, yea, truly amazing."
I have good ideas for gifts that would fit in those cute little stockings! - charms, buttons, little spools of fancy thread, or a thimble! Or a little message like you get in a fortune cookie.
By the way, "Wasn't that an amazing selvage dress?" lol.
